If you are on the way to Port Dickson and choose to use 'jalan dalam' from Banting, you can stop at Lukut and enjoy the view from the hill. This is a historical area where it was built by Raja Jumaat bin Raja Jaafar around 1847. This fortress is surrounded by a trench of between 3 to 5 meter deep. The fortress ended in 1978 during Raja Bot reign due to political uncertainly and the continued onslaught by enemy forces.
